Role & responsibilities
Financial reporting: Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, budgets, and variance analysis.
Accounts management: Support accounts payable/receivable, ledger reconciliation, and vendor payments.
Compliance support: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
Audit coordination: Work with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits.
Cost analysis: Participate in cost control initiatives, raw material pricing, and logistics expense monitoring.
Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with HR, logistics, and production teams for integrated financial planning.
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM in Finance or CA/ICWA (recent graduate).
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
