Role & responsibilities
Logistics coordination: Assist in planning and monitoring dispatches of cement and raw materials.
Supply chain support: Work on optimizing transport routes, vendor management, and warehouse operations.
Documentation: Maintain records of dispatch schedules, freight bills, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Process improvement: Participate in initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve turnaround time.
Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams for smooth supply chain operations.
Eligibility
MBA/PGDM in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management (recent graduate).
Solid knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain basics, and ERP systems.
Willingness to work in plant and field locations.
Skills Required
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and negotiation ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software.
