This is a full time, on-site Early Childhood Educator role based in Kochi/Ernakulam at Cubs & Co. The educator will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities
Create a protected, nurturing, and engaging classroom setting
Support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development
Monitor and document children’s progress and milestones
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with young children
Experience in Montessori environments will be an added advantage
Relevant Montessori certification is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
