Responsibilities
Analyze and document system and business requirements.
Configure the system according to customer requirements.
Develop test scripts for customer testing phases.
Train end users on the Intacct system.
Assist customers with data conversions.
Recommend new processes and procedures.
Develop reports and dashboards using Intacct tools.
Set up and configure third-party integration tools.
Work closely with Sales and Support teams to coordinate project tasks.
Provide regular written project status reports and discuss progress with customers.
Manage projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Provide technical support to clients as needed.
Contribute to the development of recent service delivery processes and procedures, including templates, best practices, documentation, and knowledge base content.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
8 years of progressive accounting experience.




Strong knowledge of financial processes and US GAAP.
Experience in Professional Services, Financial Services, and/or Nonprofit industries.
Experience with ERP implementations, preferably Sage Intacct, including installation, configuration, and training.
Robust focus on driving customer outcomes and delivering high-quality, timely solutions.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box to resolve problems.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage internal resources across functional departments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.
Excellent communication skills for working with US stakeholders.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US team.
