Role & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Make outbound calls to new enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design/sales team.
Maintain and update enquiry and lead records, including follow-up status and next action.
Prepare and send quotations based on project requirements and company pricing.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior design and execution projects.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to collect material rates and quotations required for BOQs and project quotations.
Follow up with prospective clients regarding quotations, meetings, site visits, and project confirmations.
Schedule client meetings and site visits for the design/project team.
Maintain client, vendor, enquiry, quotation, and project records using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.




Maintain employee attendance, leave records, office documents, and files.
Assist with purchase coordination, invoices, bills, and other office documentation.
Support management in daily administrative, sales, and coordination activities.
Ensure all enquiries and assigned follow-ups are completed on time.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate with 0- 3 years of experience in administration, sales coordination, telecalling, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, architecture, or related industries is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Confident and professional while speaking with customers over the phone.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / MS Word.
Ability to prepare quotations and BOQs accurately.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Robust follow-up and lead-management skills.
