Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Qualifications
MBBS from a recognized medical college
Valid NMC / Punjab Medical Council Registration

Experience
Freshers are welcome
No prior experience mandatory
Hospital / Emergency / ICU exposure will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Provide medical support to OPD and IPD patients
Conduct initial patient assessment and clinical examination
Monitor vital signs and treatment response
Attend to emergency and urgent medical cases
Provide initial stabilization and treatment as per hospital protocols
Assist Consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management
Promptly escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant
Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments
Ensure timely investigations and follow-up of patients
Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and clinical documentation




Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up
Follow hospital, infection-control and patient-safety protocols

Required Skills
Good clinical assessment skills
Willingness to learn and work in a hospital setting
Positive communication and patient-handling abilities
Ability to respond calmly during emergencies
Skilled and patient-centric approach
Good coordination with Consultants and nursing staff
