Role & Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily travel lounge operations and customer enquiries.
Handle bookings, sales, travel assistance and client coordination.
Act as the in-charge of the office and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Coordinate with staff and maintain service standards.
Submit daily operational and sales reports to the Main Office.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in travel, hospitality or customer service.
Good communication, sales and team-handling skills.
Responsible, organized and capable of independently managing an office.
