Role Description
The Senior Services Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Haveli,



responsible for providing advanced technical support and field service for the company’s instrumentation and automation solutions. This role involves diagnosing complex system issues, performing maintenance and repair on flow meters, level recorders, PLC panels, and related equipment, and ensuring reliable operation at customer sites. The Senior Services Engineer will lead site visits, commission recent installations, conduct performance testing, and prepare transparent service reports and documentation. The role also includes coordinating with internal engineering and project teams, guiding junior service personnel, and communicating effectively with customers to resolve technical concerns and optimize system performance. The individual is expected to uphold safety standards, adhere to company procedures, and contribute feedback to improve products and service processes.
