BDE – Field Sales (B2B)

Job Description:
Identify and generate recent B2B business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Visit prospective and existing clients regularly to understand their requirements and promote company products/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Generate leads, conduct product/service presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients until order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer support for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.




Conduct market research to identify new customers, business opportunities, and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Strong B2B Sales / Field Sales experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Robust lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
