Job Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR systems, performance management, employee engagement and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, accounts, administration and other departments.

* Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals and other channels.

* Identify and attract high-quality experienced candidates.

* Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with management.





* Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical positions.

* Reduce hiring time while maintaining quality of recruitment.
Employee Management

* Handle employee onboarding and induction.

* Maintain employee records and documentation.

* Manage attendance, leave and HR policies.

* Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.

* Maintain discipline and a positive work culture.
Performance Management

* Establish KRAs and KPIs for employees in coordination with management.

* Conduct periodic performance reviews.

* Track employee productivity and performance.

* Identify underperforming employees and coordinate improvement plans.
HR Policies & Processes

* Develop and implement professional HR policies and SOPs.

* Establish structured recruitment, onboarding, appraisal and exit processes.
