We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our chocolate production team as a Chocolatier Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates with an educational background in Food Technology, Food Science, Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, or related fields who are eager to build a career in premium chocolate manufacturing.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in chocolate production, tempering, moulding, enrobing, filling, decorating, packaging, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and production of chocolates and confectionery products.
Learn and perform chocolate tempering, moulding, filling, and decorating techniques.
Follow standard recipes and production procedures accurately.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness.
Support production planning and daily manufacturing activities.
Assist in quality checks of raw materials and finished products.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished goods.
Help in packaging, labeling,



and inventory management activities.
Adhere to company SOPs, GMP, and food safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.

Eligibility Criteria/Education
12th pass
B.Tech/B.Sc in Food Technology
B.Sc Food Science & Nutrition
Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery
Hotel Management (Food Production specialization preferred)
Any related food manufacturing qualification

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Internship or project experience in food production, bakery, confectionery, or chocolate manufacturing is an advantage.
