Finance Executive cum HR Operations

Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Finance Executive cum HR Operations qualified to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities along with core HR operations and employee administration.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of accounting processes, ERP entries, vendor coordination, MIS and reporting, along with hands-on experience in employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave management and HR policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting
Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
Make and maintain accounting entries in the ERP/accounting system.
Manage vendor accounts, invoices, payments and vendor coordination.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Maintain and update financial records and supporting documentation.
Prepare periodic MIS,



reports and financial data as required by management.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for payment-related queries and documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Support the finance team with other accounting and reporting requirements.

HR Operations
Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate personnel records.
Coordinate the employee onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Track and update leave balances and ensure adherence to the company's leave policy.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies and processes.
Maintain HR-related trackers, records and reports.
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with employees on routine HR and administrative queries.
