About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, offer letters, joining formalities, and employee records.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee databases.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and company requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, and records.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Organize employee engagement activities, meetings, training,



and seminars.
Coordinate with colleges, TPOs, and candidates for internship and placement drives.
Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Prepare regular HR reports and recruitment updates.
Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
