Role : Assistant Category Manager – Watches

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an
Assistant Category Manager – Watches
to support the growth and development of the Watches category.

Key Responsibilities:
Support category strategy, assortment planning, pricing and seasonal launches.
Manage brand/product portfolio, SKU mix, inventory and sell-through performance.
Analyse sales, market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with brands, suppliers and internal teams for recent launches, promotions and commercial initiatives.
Drive category performance through effective merchandising, VM, promotions and inventory optimisation.




Track key business KPIs and prepare regular performance reviews and insights.
Support negotiations and maintain robust relationships with brand partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in category management, buying, merchandising or retail, preferably in watches, luxury, fashion or lifestyle.
Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
Valuable understanding of retail operations, consumer trends and brand management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Retail or related discipline preferred.
