About the Role :

Cot & Candy is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Individual to manage day-to-day sales, marketing, and category operations for our Baby & Kids Clothing brand. This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in category or brand management who can connect product, sales channels, and customers to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Planning & Growth
Deliver monthly & seasonal sales targets across retail, online & wholesale channels.
Prepare forecasts, track sell-through, and recommend replenishment/clearance actions.
Identify current sales channels & business opportunities.
Category & Brand Management
Plan product category calendar (range planning, launches, seasonal drops).
Manage catalogue readiness, pricing,



stock coordination & launch execution.
Monitor assortment mix, margins & category health.
Marketing & Brand Building
Execute campaigns across digital, social & retail platforms.
Oversee catalogues, lookbooks, product content & campaign assets.
Manage social media presence & promotions to boost engagement & sales.
Customer & Relationship Management
Act as key contact for retail partners, marketplaces & customers.
Build long-term relationships & handle queries/issues professionally.
Gather market feedback for product development.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly/monthly sales & marketing reports.
Coordinate with production & merchandising for timely stock availability.

Experience & Qualifications :
Minimum 2+ years in Sales & Marketing with hands-on category/brand management.
Graduate degree required; MBA in Marketing(preferred),related to textile/garments.
