Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Head to manage the company's overall finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, cash flow and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, budgets and forecasts.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Manage cash flow, banking operations and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
Monitor receivables, payables and financial controls.




Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
Provide financial insights and support management in business decisions.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Proficiency in Tally / Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Excellent financial analysis and MIS reporting skills.
Experience in audit, budgeting and cash flow management.
Solid leadership, analytical and communication skills.
Experience in Fintech/BFSI/Financial Services will be an added advantage.
