Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Test Engineer with solid expertise in iOS test automation using Swift and XCUITest, along with hands-on experience in Python-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, define testing strategies, and ensure high-quality software delivery through robust automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

The candidate should have extensive experience working with Xcode, XCUITest, CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI/GitHub Actions), and up-to-date software quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks for iOS applications.
Develop and execute automated test cases using Swift and XCUITest.
Build scalable and reusable automation solutions using Python.
Define automation strategy, best practices,



and quality standards across projects.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and other DevOps tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Perform API, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams for resolution.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and automation testers.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills

Must Have
6+ years of Quality Assurance and Automation Testing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Swift programming language.
Expertise in Xcode and XCUITest framework.
Solid experience in Python development and automation scripting.
Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipel
