Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

Industry: Machine Manufacturing & Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers and generate sales leads.
Understand customer requirements for machines and provide basic product information.
Follow up regularly on leads, quotations, and pending enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits, demos, and negotiations.
Maintain and update daily calling and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide timely updates.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred.
Experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing, engineering products, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
Target-oriented and strong follow-up skills.
Hindi, English and Marathi.

Pay: ₹8,870.02 - ₹18,000.00 per month
