Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement new analytical methods and techniques to improve product quality.
Conduct regular audits of laboratory processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development and manufacturing.
Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate results.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical chemist role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectroscopy.
Experience with laboratory software and instrumentation is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
