Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage material dispatch, delivery coordination, transportation, and logistics documentation for our ELV projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate material dispatch and delivery to project sites.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and site teams.
Follow up on site material requirements.
Maintain inward and outward material records.
Prepare and maintain logistics-related documentation.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with the inventory/store team for material movement.




Ensure proper documentation and records of all material movements.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in logistics or material coordination.
Experience in the ELV / CCTV / Fire Alarm / Security Systems industry will be preferred.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors, transporters, and project sites.
