Supporting the Human Resources team by assisting with onboarding, employee data management, and day-to-day HR operations while gaining practical industry experience.
Assist with recent employee onboarding, orientations, and paperwork.
Update and maintain internal HR databases, physical files, and employee records.
Help gather payroll-related data such as leaves, attendance, and work hours.
Respond to basic staff inquiries regarding company policies and advantages.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal events
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
