Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-orientated, and technology-savvy Accountant & admin executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, billing activities, and office administration. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for learning recent technologies. The candidate should be highly proficient with computers and open to adopting AI- powered tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Manage billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain GST records and support GST return filings.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
Perform bank reconciliatio
Coordinate with chartered accountants and consultants for statutory compliance.
Handle TDS, Qualified Tax (PT), and other statutory compliance activities.

Administrative Responsibilities




Manage office administration and documentation processes.
Maintain employee attendance and office records.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
Handle office inventory, utility bills, and operational support activities. .
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile Education
Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or a related discipline.
Experience
1 plus year of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
Experience handling GST, billing, invoicing, audits, TDS, PT, account
reconciliations, and office administration.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and accounting software.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in computers, MS Office (especially Excel), internet applications, and digital productivity tools.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of AI-powered productivity tools will be an added advantage.
