Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies.
Oversee SEO, social media, paid advertising, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and internal stakeholders.
Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
Align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
What Were Looking For:
10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or strategy.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on experience in social media, content marketing, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting.
