The Building Contractor (TBC), under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, is a Kochi-based design-build construction firm delivering premium residential and villa projects across Kerala. Our approach combines design creativity with structural precision — built with clarity, intent, and quality.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

Minimum of 1 year of relevant qualified experience in architectural design and project support

Proven ability to develop architectural design projects from initial concept, schematic design, and further detailed development stages

Robust technical drawing and detailing skills, with the ability to prepare accurate working drawings and construction documents





Proficiency in MS Office and architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools

Sound knowledge of building codes, local authority regulations, and statutory compliance requirements

Solid creative thinking, design sensibility, and visualization skills, with attention to detail and aesthetics

Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and site engineers to achieve project goals

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
