Role & responsibilities
Channel Partnership Management:
Coordinate with existing channel partners (consultants, agents, training institutes) to drive candidate sourcing.
Assist in onboarding current partners and maintaining partner documentation.
Act as a single point of contact for partner queries and operational support.
Track partner performance and ensure consistent engagement
Institutional Sales Support:
Support outreach to colleges, universities, and skill development institutes.
Coordinate presentations, seminars, and workshops for overseas opportunities.
Maintain institutional relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
Candidate Funnel Management:
Manage and track leads received from partners and institutions. Coordinate with internal teams for candidate screening, documentation, and onboarding.
Ensure smooth handover from partner acquisition to candidate enrollment.
Sales Coordination & Reporting:
Maintain accurate MIS reports for partner performance, leads, and conversions.
Support the B2B sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.



Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review
Process & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company processes and documentation standards.
Maintain records of agreements, contracts, and onboarding documents.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Competencies
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple partners and relationships
Positive coordination and organizational abilities
Basic understanding of B2B sales and institutional partnerships Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Education:
Education: Bachelors degree in finance,
Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience in EdTech, Overseas Education, Recruitment, or Mobility Services
Exposure to B2B sales coordination or partner management roles.
