Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that promote our company's products, services, and brand. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive grasp of digital marketing tools, and the ability to work across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print, events)
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Manage and grow the company's social media presence and content calendar
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content
Coordinate with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics
Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners




Assist with budget tracking and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend
Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (entry to mid-level, depending on seniority)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platform
