Store & Company Induction
Conduct and facilitate store team induction and ensure employees understand store processes and responsibilities.
Understand company policies, HR guidelines, Code of Conduct, POSH, grooming standards, biometric systems, and Darwin platform.
Develop a thorough understanding of store structure, business operations, and company overview.
Visual Merchandising (VM)
Plan and execute VM displays in accordance with brand guidelines and store requirements.
Manage window displays, merchandise presentation, department layouts, and VM assets.
Prepare and maintain VM checklists to ensure consistent store standards.
Plan and execute End of Season Sale (EOSS) VM activities.
Prepare weekly VM reports and presentations.
Ensure effective planogram implementation and department-wise merchandise presentation.
Monitor VM execution and identify prospects for improvement.
Department & Category Induction
Conduct department-wise and category-specific induction for store teams.
Ensure team understanding of category requirements,
product presentation, and VM standards.
Communicate and monitor Key Result Areas (KRAs) related to VM and store presentation.
Maintain and review category-wise and VM reports.
Purchase & Ordering Process
Manage the online Purchase Order (PO) and ordering process for VM requirements.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for PO creation, approvals, and bill submission.
Ensure timely submission and processing of invoices and supporting documents.
Maintain records of Year-to-Date (YTD) and Month-to-Date (MTD) VM expenditure.
Accounts & Financial Management
Coordinate with Accounts for PO, provisions, VM budgets, MIS, expenses, and petty cash.
Ensure accurate and timely bill submission and documentation.
Manage and follow the VRF (Vendor/Request/Finance-related) process as applicable.
Monitor VM expenditure against the approved budget.
