Job Description:
We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle payment follow-ups and customer interactions in maintaining regular billing cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Call clients for payment reminders and pending recoveries
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
Maintain and update data in ERP Software & Excel/Google Sheets
Handle customer interactions and maintain all records
Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Solid customer-handling ability
Languages Required:
Marathi, Hindi, English
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
