Discover the Role
Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools to streamline and optimize technology deployments and services.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for workflow development.
Configure and integrate Power Automate with various applications and systems to enable seamless provisioning and service delivery from IT perspective.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing IT processes and identify prospects for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.
Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and custom actions in Power Automate to extend its functionality and integrate with external systems.
Develop and maintain documentation, including workflow diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate workflows, ensuring their reliability, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with the Azure team to leverage Azure services, such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, to build end-to-end automation
