Role & responsibilities

Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, etc.)
Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure campaign effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

Project Management
Lead end-to-end project execution for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies

Presentation & Communication
Create compelling presentations for internal reviews, leadership updates, and client pitches
Translate complex data and strategies into explicit, visually engaging formats
Present campaign results and martech performance to senior leadership

Martech Tools & Automation
Manage and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools)
Drive integration and usage of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc.




Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and personalization strategies are effectively implemented

AI Bots & Chatbot Management
Oversee development and deployment of AI-powered chatbots for customer engagement
Collaborate with tech teams to define bot workflows, intents, and user journeys
Monitor bot performance and continuously improve based on analytics and feedback

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5–8 years of experience in campaign management, martech, or digital marketing
Solid understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.)
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Robust presentation and communication abilities
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI
