ServiceNow CSM Developer
Location: Pune (Hybrid - 3 days/week from office)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow CSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM applications and modules.
Implement and enhance Customer Service Management capabilities, including Case Management, Agent Workspace, Customer Portal, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel support.
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and workflows.
Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and SLA management.




Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
Customize Service Portal/Employee Center to improve customer experience.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Robust implementation experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
Valuable knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, ACLs, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs.
Robust JavaScript development skills.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Certifications (Preferred): CSA, CIS-CSM.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
