Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Candidates must be fluent in at least one of the following regional languages:
Telugu - 5 Positions
Kannada 5 Positions
Marathi 5 Positions
Malayalam 5 Positions
Tamil 5 Positions
Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu will be an added advantage.
Candidates should be confident, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers over calls and other communication channels.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills are preferred.
Ability to build customer relationships and handle objections effectively.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.




Clearly explain the company’s services and offerings to prospective customers.
Generate recent leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Stay updated on the company’s services, processes, and sales strategies.
Maintain a qualified and customer-focused approach while interacting with clients.
