Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong C# coding skills to develop into a CAD Customization & Automation Developer. The role offers hands-on exposure to SolidWorks API, CAD automation and client-facing technical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop CAD automation solutions using C# and SolidWorks API.
Build automation scripts, templates and file-handling utilities.
Work on configuration-driven design and automation tools.
Develop technical understanding across the CAD-to-automation workflow.
Document automation solutions and technical work.
Participate in client-facing demos as the role progresses.
Required Skills
Robust and demonstrable C# programming skills.
Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma.
Solid logical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive understanding of mechanical/design concepts.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Willingness to learn CAD automation and participate in client demos.
Good to Have
Exposure to SolidWorks, AutoCAD or other CAD tools.
Knowledge of Python or VBA.
Experience with academic/personal coding projects.
Experience presenting or demonstrating technical projects.
