Role & responsibilities:
Handle property title verification, legal due diligence, ownership checks, and title/search reports.
Draft and review Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, JV Agreements, Redevelopment Agreements, POA, Lease, Leave & License, and Purchase Agreements.
Manage MahaRERA registration, compliance, filings, and legal matters.
Handle society formation, conveyance/deemed conveyance, and redevelopment documentation.
Manage mortgage, loan, finance, and banking-related legal documentation.
Draft and review MOUs, vendor agreements, service agreements, commercial leases, and contracts.
Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, authorities, banks, societies, and other stakeholders.
Identify legal risks and provide practical legal advice to management.

Preferred candidate profile:
Robust knowledge of Real Estate Law, MahaRERA & Property Law.
Excellent legal drafting and contract review skills.
Robust experience in title due diligence and property documentation.
Knowledge of redevelopment and society matters.
Valuable negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently.
