Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive – IT Pre-Sales to generate leads and connect with potential clients for our IT and Digital Marketing services.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding client requirements, pitching relevant IT solutions, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
Pitch IT and Digital Marketing services, including:
Website Design & Development
SEO
Social Media Marketing
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Mobile App Development
CRM & Business Software Solutions
E-commerce Development
Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.




Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and consultations for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested and potential clients.
Maintain accurate lead information in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain skilled communication with prospects and clients.
Keep track of follow-ups and ensure timely communication.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in the IT/Software/Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of IT services such as Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Software Solutions.
Comfortable with outbound calling and lead genera
