Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer issues professionally and within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and provide appropriate information.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Responsibilities
Audit customer service calls and emails.
Monitor interactions for quality and process compliance.
Identify gaps and provide feedback to customer care teams.




Prepare quality reports and support process improvement.
