Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of developing strategic partnerships, acquiring current corporate clients, and driving business growth, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The role demands someone who is target-driven, relationship-focused, and capable of handling large revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B clients, with a primary focus on manufacturing companies.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the organization's client portfolio.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to understand business needs.
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Partnerships.
Robust experience in acquiring and managing B2B clients.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed large business targets.
Experience in developing partnerships with manufacturing companies.
Prior experience in CSR fundraising or corporate CSR partnerships will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
