Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Merchant Onboarding Executive to acquire, onboard and activate retail merchants for the Assurify Merchant Partnership Program.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire potential retailers, especially mobile, electronics, appliance and computer stores.
Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, references and local networks.
Explain and demonstrate the Assurify Merchant Partnership Program.
Complete merchant registration, KYC and onboarding.
Train merchants and their sales staff on Assurify products and platform usage.
Follow up with merchants to drive activation and first transactions.
Build and maintain solid merchant relationships.
Achieve monthly merchant acquisition, activation and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in merchant acquisition/onboarding or field sales from Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Pine Labs, Razorpay, MSwipe, IppoPay,



PayNearby or similar fintech/payment/POS companies will be preferred.

1–4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, onboarding, field sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field sales and retailer visits.
Target-oriented, energetic and positive at follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, web applications and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
