Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee clinical operations activities, including protocol development and implementation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical operations projects.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements.
Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with internal and external partners.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology or pharmacy.
Proven experience in clinical operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and guidelines.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with solid problem-solving skills.
