Job Summary

The R&D; Executive will be responsible for independently handling cosmetic formulation development and end-to-end R&D; projects. The role involves developing current formulations, conducting trials, optimizing products, troubleshooting formulation challenges, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Independently handle formulation development projects from concept to final product.
Develop and optimize cosmetic and personal care formulations based on product requirements.
Plan and conduct laboratory trials, evaluate results, and make necessary formulation modifications.
Select and evaluate suitable raw materials, ingredients, and functional actives for product development.




Troubleshoot formulation, stability, compatibility, and performance-related issues.
Manage multiple R&D; projects independently while ensuring timely completion of development milestones.
Prepare and maintain formulation sheets, trial reports, specifications, development records, and other technical documentation.
Conduct product evaluation and stability monitoring and recommend improvements where required.
Support pilot and scale-up batches and ensure successful transfer of formulations from laboratory to production.
Research current ingredients, technologies, formulations, and market trends to support product innovation.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and timelines to the R&D; Head / Business Head.
Ensure all formulation and development activities comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
