Job Description

ICICI Bank is looking for young and motivated graduates to join as Relationship Managers. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Banking, Sales, Customer Relationship Management and Financial Services.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured learning and training process through NIIT, designed to prepare them for a career with ICICI Bank.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Generate new business through customer acquisition and lead generation.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans,



insurance, investment and other financial products.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
Follow the bank's policies, processes and compliance requirements.

Eligibility
Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a customer-facing and sales-oriented role.
Age - Below 25 Years.

Pay: From ₹312,000.00 per year
