Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent support to visitors, customers, and employees.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a pleasant personality, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
Manage front-desk activities and maintain a skilled reception area.
Handle visitor entries and maintain necessary records.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Receive and distribute courier and postal documents.
Respond to basic customer and visitor queries.
Coordinate with different departments when required.
Maintain office records, registers,



and documentation.
Assist with basic administrative and office-support activities.
Handle emails and basic computer-related tasks.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for visitors and customers.

Requirements
Minimum Graduation qualification.
2+ years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work responsibly.
Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.
