Involved in change management for digital transformation / IT initiatives
Prepare Change impact assessment, communication plan, stakeholder analysis, impact and risk analysis, training adoption
Design communications for application go live or transformation initiatives
Conduct training need assessment and design training programs
Work on technology adoption

Skills:
Exposure to digital technologies.
Excellent communication skills are a must
4 - 12 years of relevant work experience as Business Analysis/ Project Management/ Program Management/ Digital Transformation with exposer in project communication and change management
MBA candidates are preferred due to positive communication skills
