Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Officer with 3–6 years of experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing dealers and retailers, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage relationships with dealers, distributors and mobile retailers.
Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
Develop new dealers and retailers to expand market reach.




Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective outlet coverage.
Ensure product availability, visibility and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
Communicate company schemes, promotions and product launches to channel partners.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions and new product launches.
Build solid relationships with dealers and retailers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and collections as per company policy.
Provide regular sales, market and competitor reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure effective execution of current product launches and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
Resolve dealer/retailer issues in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies.
