POSITION DETAILS

Aim of this role is to support the Digital Learning team. It requires a creative qualified with strong visual design sensibilities and hands-on experience in developing engaging, learner-centric digital assets for corporate learning programs. The ideal candidate will have worked in a consulting or client-driven setting, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality learning visuals within tight timelines.

Learning Design & Visual Content Creation

Design visually compelling learning assets such as presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, infographics, and digital collaterals aligned with instructional objectives.
Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), etc. to translate complex content into intuitive and engaging visual formats.
Develop and enhance digital learnings, layouts, templates, and visual themes for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
