Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on client satisfaction and financial gain
Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
Market current developments in the software with our Existing clients and prospective clients
Engage in business meetings and demos with prospective clients.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Build a solid team for marketing and sales.
Providing information: Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our drainage services.
Appointment setting: Scheduling appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects to further discuss our services.
Follow-up: Maintaining a follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Database management:



Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information.
Collaboration: Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business prospects by researching market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with current and existing clients and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, prepare compelling proposals and presentations, and manage the entire sales pipeline.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals and maximize profitability.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on messaging, develop campaigns, and ensure product solutions meet customer needs.
