Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS and analytics dashboards for claims and operational performance.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports aligned with client and business requirements.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Analyze operational and claims data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Support governance reviews, performance reviews, and management reporting with relevant insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
Ensure timely delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs within defined operational timelines.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in the health insurance / insurance TPA domain.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including:
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts




VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP and other lookup functions
Data validation and reconciliation
Macros / VBA
Dashboard creation and data visualization
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a robust focus on data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple reports and deliverables under tight timelines.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
