Looking for an energetic Network Support Engineer with knowledge of routers, switches, structured cabling, and network firewalls to deliver premium networking support for enterprises.
Responsibilities
Plan, lay out and wire structured cabling nodes for enterprise clients
Set up and manage managed PoE switches, Routers and Wi-Fi Access Points
Develop network schematic maps and technical documentation
Identify and troubleshoot internet connectivity and coverage latency issues
Requirements
Deep knowledge of CAT6/CAT6A layout, splicing, socket punching, and rack setup
In-depth command of IP Subnetting, VLAN config, router config, and Wi-Fi access points
Familiarity with Fortinet or Sophos firewalls is a robust plus
Solid documentation skills
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science or IT
CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification is highly regarded
1+ year of active field cabling or support experience
