Job Responsibilities
Perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components.
Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements.
Operate basic hand tools and fitting equipment safely.
Perform drilling, grinding, cutting, filing, and other fitting operations.
Inspect components to ensure proper dimensions, alignment, and quality.
Assist in machine assembly and maintenance activities.
Identify mechanical problems and report them to the supervisor.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to complete assigned work.
Required Skills
ITI Fitter trade certification.
Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer is an advantage.
Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
