We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage, maintain, and analyze company data and prepare accurate reports to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect and consolidate data from different departments.
Maintain data in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Prepare reports related to Sales, Purchase, Production, Dispatch, Inventory, and Operations.
Track pending orders, deliveries, and other important activities.
Analyze data and highlight discrepancies or key observations.
Create and maintain Excel dashboards, charts, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with different departments for required information.
Maintain proper records and documentation.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



Pivot Table, Charts, Formulas, etc.).
Knowledge of Google Sheets.
Good data analysis and reporting skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred for Manufacturing/Operations Companies

Candidates with experience in preparing Production, Dispatch, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Order Tracking MIS reports will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
